Strings Instruments provide 2 year limited warranty for lever harp instruments (only) which covers any defect(s) in material or workmanship under normal use. For accessories, see our return and refund policy. During the warranty period, Strings Instruments will be repaired or replaced at no charge. For international customers, we deliver replacement parts by courier. The fitting or assembling of parts is responsibility of the distributors or owners themselves.

The warranty period of Strings Instruments is 1 year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required in the event of a warranty claim. The decision to repair, replace or replacement parts to a defective instrument will be made by Strings Instruments. Shipping charges to and from Strings Instruments are the responsibility of the owner. The Warranty does not cover strings breakage, damage to sharping levers, wooden body, hardware or finish due to carelessness, accident, extremes of humidity and temperature, or repairs and alterations made by a third party.

Be warned: Do not leave harps in parked vehicles on a warm day! A temperature of more than 45°C/113°F can soften glue and damage thinner strings. Evidence of such an occurrence will void this warranty.
